A brief view of Phrase

Phrase is a group of two or more grammatically related words that form a sense with expressing a thought. It is that line in which a verb is mentioned. It is a group which form  a constituent and so function a single unit in the syntax of a sentence. A phrase can be complex or simple. Complex phrase consists of several words, whereas a simple phrase consists of only one word. Phrases are categorized as below.
Prepositional phrase has a preposition as a head. Noun phrase has a noun as a head. Verb phrase has a verb as a head. Appositive phrase renames noun as a pronoun and is always placed  between commas. Absolute phrase modifies the entire sentence and is linked with commas.
So a phrase is just a group of words forming a conceptual unit but not a sentence.
Examples of phrases are given below.
the black cat, jump up and down, "Bob, my annoying neighbor, is short" etc.

Story of Sameer Bhatia

I am feeling honor to share my thought about Sameer Bhatia who used social websites in a fabulous manner to get cure. He graduated from Stanford University and was appointed as a serial entrepreneur. But in May 2007 he was diagnosed with Leukemia, a cancer of blood. Another man, Vinay, from India had the same story but I choose Sameer because I found his personality a little interesting.  Despite of his disease his energy was so pervasive that if often feels like he is still alive. His entrepreneurial drive, his passion of adventures and loud music, all were his interesting habits. That is why I choose him.

Sameer’s work on social websites like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Google Docs, was remarkable. He started finding his match in these websites for bone marrow. The only cure of this disease is a bone marrow transplant with marrow that comes from donner. He never loses his heart and tried his best to find his match. His friends played a major role in his campaign. By doing this, he registered thousands of people who wanted to give their samples to save others life. After bone marrow, sameer survived for 1 year which was remarkable achievement for him. But he died after a year of bore marrow.

We can please his soul by registering on their websites. We can save thousands of lives by registering and sending our samples. The use of social websites for a good purpose is very important for new generation. This is how we can utilize our lives to save the world.
